What an idiot?
| GetLaid wrote: |
how can i get this girl in the office to blow me? We spend so much time together and I get a hardon every time we work together. I don't wanna have sex that might interfere with our working relationship. But maybe just maybe a decent BJ would relieve some of the tension. Isn't there some type of policy for this type of thing...like work life balance or something like that?
Thanks in Advance!

What was the reason you were laid off??
I bet it was either trading in client stocks or sexual misconduct with a junior male/female consultant.

Steven Klig is just one of the many Deloitte Partners/Sr. Managers/ Managers who sexually exploited many junior staff in return for good ratings and fast promotions. Given that there are also many who are willing to fcuk in return for favors it is no wonder this firm is becoming a harem for sexually unbridled men. I remember when we first started a few years back we had to do a compulsory Ethics course. After seeing the rampant sexual harassment and being sexually harassed by a Partner, the whole charade is ironic and hypocritical.

Agree with you. There are so many high testosterone men in Deloitte Consulting who never got to fuck their gfs or wives because they could never could go home in time. They tried to compensate by fucking junior staff while on projects away from home. This includes Partners/Directors/Sr. Manager and even Managers.

| High testosterone IT nerds and accountants? LOL. Where??? In "strategy" ? Is that where they are? HA. The only high testosterone males I encountered on this job are the rare occasions we've had mfg clients & can actually interact with them. |

1. Layoff Date: 8/14
2. Office: San Francisco
3. Service Type (audit, tax, FAS, consulting): Consulting
4. Consulting line (S&O, HC, EA, TI): EA / Technology
5. Position: Analyst
6. Years with Deloitte: 2
7. Severance (in weeks): 4 + 2 if sign.
8. Most recent rating: N/A (no YE)
9. Current utilization: 50%
10. On the beach when let go? (y/n): Yes (about a month+ ish)
11. H1B (y/n)?N
12. Thing that pisses you off most about this situation (or any other comments...)
My last year stats were ok.
86% Util
110 hours PRD
70 hours of Firm activities
3 Applause Awards
I wanted to get promoted just so then I would have it on my resume - but that's alright. Deloitte was good to me.
I just hope people aren't too fearful. I was laid off because I didn't play my cards right. If you get along with people and don't upset the wrong people, people should be ok.
Please let me know if you have any questions about the procedure. |

You got 2 weeks for signing the release? I thought the standard has been 4 weeks. Is Deloitte facing a cash crunch?
