| Still anxiously waiting but I heard for 2nd year BTAs (as in, started last year) it's ~15% for 3s and ~17% for 2s but again, this is all through the grapevine |

I am sorry to hear that barueba. Are you in consulting? I had heard there were AERS layoffs this week, and have heard of a couple of consulting losses attreibued to "year end" activities.
Best wishes to you. |

From what I have heard, the raises have been pretty good across the board in consulting.
Got promoted to SC this year - 24% Bump!! |

| 9% raise, 4% bonus for a 2nd year SC getting promoted to Manager with a 3 at year end (initially had a 2, but got pushed down to a 3 to "fit the curve"...bastards). Some may be happy with this raise and bonus, but I was quite disappointed and have new motivation to work on my resume! |

ERS - no raise, no bonus. Was at the top of the class last year and got promoted...this year, was forced to a ranking of 3, and was told that I was getting no raise and no bonus.
Sucks. |

ERS Consultant, way underpaid. Experienced, with 2 professional certifications.
FY'10 compensation = +3% = crap
Over course of FY'09, rating aggregated to 2, forced to a 3 when year-end discussions ocurred.
Time to start looking for a new JOB! |
